Perspectives in the development of small villages on the territory of the Republic Serbia

Abstract

In the work there is emphasized an important number of small villages in the settlement system of the Republic Serbia. Nearly 40% of all the villages are the small villages, particularly in the area of the Central Serbia and in Kosovo and Metohia. For the development problems of small villages there was no time in the period of towns urbanization, industrialization and so on, and it is to emphasize, that they were left to extinction. At the end of the twentieth century in the Republic Serbia there exist more small villages than thirty years ago, so that desires for their extinction in the area of the Republic Serbia are not realized. From the aspect of the current space development designs it is justified from the point of view economical, ecological and developmental to rehabilitate the small village as a life environment in the future. The author estimates that this is possible and justified, as in this way we would be nearer to the realization of the intention for the whole space development, from the point of view of uniform development, possible development and ecological development. .

U radu se ističe znatan broj malih sela u naseobinskom sistemu Republike Srbije. Gotovo 40% ovih sela su mala sela. Mala sela su posebno zastupljena na području Centralne Srbije i Kosova i Metohije. Za razvojne probleme malih sela nije bilo vremena u periodu urbanizacije gradova, industrijalizacije i sl., pa se ističe da su sva bila prepuštena izumiranju. Na kraju dvadesetog veka u Republici Srbiji ima vise malih sela nego tridesetih godina pre, te se stoga nisu ostvarile želje o njihovom nestanku sa prostora Republike Srbije. Sa gledišta sadašnjih globalnih prostorno razvojnih ciljeva ima ekonomskog ekološkog i ukupnog razvojnog smisla da se malo selo rehabilituje kao životni ambijent u budućnosti. Autor smatra da za to ima mogućnosti i opravdanja, jer bi time bill bliže ostvarenju ciljeva razvoja ukupnog prostora sa aspekta ravnomjernog razvoja, održivog razvoja i ekološkog razvoja.
