Urban project for the construction of sports and recreation center on the construction plot 6 in Jabučko Ravnište, Stara Planina, Municipality of Knjaževac

Abstract

The urban project and the conceptual design of the sports and recreation center were developed for the location within the tourist resort "Jabučko ravnište" on Stara Planina, under the III degree protection regime of the Nature park. The total area covered by the urban project is about 80 a, while the gross area of the building is 4.243 m2. The building in the form of a modern "mountain house", with dissected, dynamic volume, was designed to fit into the specific natural environment, terrain morphology and orientation conditions while achieving a reduction of its dominant size and optimal use of spatial and functional capacities. The open sports fields, cascading green spaces, children's playground and car-pedestrian areas with parking for employees were designed on the plot.

Урбанистички пројекат и идејно решење спортско-рекреативног центра израђени су за локацију у туристичком ризорту „Јабучко равниште“ на Старој планини, у режиму III степена заштите парка природе. Укупна површина обухвата урбанистичког пројекта износи око 80 а, док је бруто површина објекта 4.243 m2. Објекат у форми савремене планинске куће, рашчлањеног, динамичног волумена конципиран је тако да се уклопи у специфичан природни амбијент, морфологију терена и услове оријентације, а да се истовремено постигне смањење његовог доминантног габарита и оптимална искоришћеност просторно-функционалних капацитета. На парцели су пројектовани отворени спортски терени, каскадно уређене зелене површине, дечије игралиште и колско-пешачке површине са паркингом за запослене.
