Održiva arhitektura na primeru projekta za objekat na uglu ulica Kralja Milana i Kralja Milutina u Beogradu
Apstrakt
Technology development for civil engineering and the application of new and improved materials become ever more present in realization of any kind of construction, starting from buildings for housing, business, as well as for the multi functional and specialized ones. Sustainable architecture presumes environmental considerations, then the use of passive solar systems protection from the adverse conditions of climate, noise, micro location. This paper presents some of the sustainable architecture principles by example of the project for a corner building between the streets Kralja Milana and Kralja Milutina in Belgrade.
Razvoj tehnologija u građevinarstvu i primena novih i usavršenih materijala sve više je prisutna u realizaciji svih vrsta objekata, od stambenih i poslovnih, više funkcionalnih i specijalizovanih. Održiva arhitektura podrazumeva vođenje računa o okruženju, zatim korišćenje pasivnih solarnih sistema, zaštitu od nepovoljnih uticaja klime, buke, mikrolokacije. U ovom radu dati su neki od principa održive arhitekture na primeru projekta za objekat na uglu ulica Kralja Milana i Kralja Milutina u Beogradu.
