AB  - Циљ ове студије је да укаже на значај библиографије у научно-истраживачком поступку и дисеминацији научних резултата и да покаже да развој савремених информационих технологија и све развијенијих библиотечких информационих система ни у ком случају не умањују њену улогу. Већ напротив, ови системи су усавршили израду библиографских јединица и знатно олакшали креирање библиографија. Као студија случаја, која ће потврдити наведену хипотезу, биће приказана израда библиографије часописа  Zbornik radova. Поред тога, биће представљене разноврсне  информације о часопису, које су добијене увидом у библиографске јединице и пратеће  регистре, а могу бити значајне за истраживаче и библиотекаре.
AB  - The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of the bibliography in scientific process and in dissemination of the scientific results. It also should show that the development of the current information technology as well as the development of the librarian information systems do not diminish its role. On the contrary, these systems have upgraded the work on bibliography units and also helped a lot in creating bibliography. As the study case, which should confirm the above thesis, A Collection of Works will be presented. Also, various pieces of information about the magazine, which were obtained through the insight into bibliography units and its accompanying registers, will  be shown. They can also be of importance for the researchers and librarians.

AB  - Имајући у виду да правовремени приступ релевантним информацијама, као и дефинисање и развој адекватне терминологије представља предуслов за нова истраживања и даљи развој сваке научне области, у дисертацији су приказане могућности проналажења информација и екстраховања термина, на узорном корпусу просторног планирања коришћењем низа савремених технологија.
У раду је указано на многобројне погодности али и извесна ограничења приликом претраживања информација коришћењем Библиотечких информационих система, Географских информационих система и репозиторијума РАУмПЛАН.
У наставку је описан садржај, поступак израде и потврђена репрезентативност формираног узорног корпуса просторног планирања. Обрада текста, која подразумева токенизацију, лематизацију, обележавање врсте речи, као и екстракцију термина извршена је алатом Unitex. Корпус је потом постављен на пратформу NoSketch где је, на основу постављених упита, потврђен значај претходне обраде текстова која омогућава претраживање са знатно већим индикатором одзива и прецизности.
Издвајањем текстова просторних планова из узорног корпуса, формиран је поткорпус PPTXM, на ком су вршена преостала истраживања. Коришћењем напредних метода и технологија, алатом SrpNER извршено је обележавање и екстраховање различитих група именованих ентитета. Значајан допринос ове дисертације огледа се и у повезивању именованих ентитета у INCEpTION окружењу са ставкама из базе знања Википодаци. Поменута база знања омогућила је груписање ставки, креирањем SPARQL упита, према задатим критеријумима. Визуелизација излазних скупова представљена је у виду мапа, графова, табела и оквира са фотографијама.
У TXM окружењу хијерахијском анализом је указано на структуралне особине корпуса: број текстова, пасуса, реченица и корпусних речи. Коришћењем морфолошких етикета, у оквиру TXM система утврђена је фреквентност појављивања различитих врста речи и знакова интерпункције у читавом корпусу. Будући да систем TXM дозвољава и приказивање специфичних језичких појава, омогућено је и праћење прогресијe, односно кумулативнe фреквенцијe различитих врста речи, како кроз цео корпус, тако и кроз његове саставне делове.
AB  - Bearing in mind that timely access to relevant information, as well as defining and developing adequate terminology, is a prerequisite for new research and further development in any scientific field, this dissertation presents the possibilities with regard to retrieving information and extracting terms for the sample corpus of spatial planning using a number of modern technologies.
The study points out many benefits, but also certain limitations faced when searching
for information using Library Information Systems, Geographic Information Systems and the RAUmPLAN repository.
The content, preparation process and confirmed representativeness of the sample corpus formed for spatial planning are described below. Processing the text, which includes tokenization, lemmatization, highlighting types of words, and extracting terms was carried out using the Unitex tool. The corpus was then placed on the NoSketch platform, where, on the basis of set queries, the importance of the previous processing of the text was confirmed, making it possible to search with a significantly higher indicator of response and accuracy.
By separating the texts of spatial plans from the sample corpus, the PPTXM sub-corpus was formed, on which the remaining research was conducted. Using advanced methods and technologies, the SrpNER tool highlighted and extracted various groups of named entities. The significant contribution of this dissertation is seen in the way it connects named entities in the INCEpTION environment with items from the Wikidata knowledge base. This knowledge base enabled the grouping of items by creating SPARQL queries, according to the given criteria. The output sets were visualized in the form of maps, graphs, tables and photo frames.
Hierarchical analysis in the TXM environment indicated the structural features of the corpus: the number of texts, paragraphs, sentences and corpus words. Using morphological labels, the frequency of occurrence of different types of words and punctuation marks in the entire corpus was determined within the TXM system. Since the TXM system allows the display of specific linguistic phenomena, it was also possible to monitor the progression, i.e., the cumulative frequency of different types of words, both throughout the whole corpus and through its constituent parts.

AB  - The paper presents quantitative textometric research of the PP-TXM corpus of spatial plans in the TXM environment. Thanks to the application of developed methods and technologies in the field of corpus linguistics and SrpNER tools for marking named entities, different linguistic and statistical characteristics of the textual part of planning documents have been pointed out. Using the TXM tool during the research, the results were obtained that provided insight into the frequency of occurrence of different types of words and named entities, both in the whole corpus, and their distribution and progression by partitions of this corpus.

истраживања PPTXM корпуса просторних планова у TXM окружењу. Захваљуjући примени развиjених метода и технологиjа у области корпусне лингвистике и алата SrpNER за обележавање именованих ентитета, указано jе на различите лингвистичке и статистичке карактеристике текстуалног дела планских документа. AB  - У раду се приказује део издавачке делатности Института која се одвијала у периоду 1961–1975. године, у виду часописа Зборник радова у коме су поглавито представљане архитектонске и урбанистичке реализације на простору тадашње Југославије. Циљ је упознавање научне и стручне јавности, а нарочито младих истраживача, са значајем и садржајем овог часописа, те се у раду врши његова анализа, што је резултирало израдом његове библиографије. Посебан допринос овог рада чине пет пратећих регистара (регистар наслова, именски, предметни, географски и хронолошки), који заједно са библиографијом представљају исцрпан извор информација. Додатно, потенцира се значај објављивања текстова о савременим архитектонским и урбанистичким реализацијама које омогућава информисаност, едукацију и документовање промена у изграђеном окружењу.
AB  - The paper presents a part of the publishing activity of the Institute of Architecture and Urban&Spatial Planning of Serbia that took place in the period 1961–1975, in the form of a journal Zbornik radova, which mainly presents architectural and urban realizations in the area of former Yugoslavia. The aim is to get acquainted with the scientific and professional public, especially young researchers with the significance and content of this journal. With that aim, the five accompanying registers (register of titles, names, topics, geographical and chronological) are given which, together with bibliography, represent a full source of information. It is important to establish the continuity in presenting the contemporary architectural and urban realizations in Serbia – which contributes to informing, educating and documenting the changes in the built environment.
AB  - U radu se prikazuje deo izdavačke delatnosti Instituta koja se odvijala u periodu 1961–1975. godine, u vidu časopisa Zbornik radova u kome su poglavito predstavlјane arhitektonske i urbanističke realizacije na prostoru tadašnje Jugoslavije. Cilј je upoznavanje naučne i stručne javnosti, a naročito mladih istraživača, sa značajem i sadržajem ovog časopisa, te se u radu vrši njegova analiza, što je rezultiralo izradom njegove bibliografije. Poseban doprinos ovog rada čine pet pratećih registara (registar naslova, imenski, predmetni, geografski i hronološki), koji zajedno sa bibliografijom predstavlјaju iscrpan izvor informacija. Dodatno, potencira se značaj objavlјivanja tekstova o savremenim arhitektonskim i urbanističkim realizacijama koje omogućava informisanost, edukaciju i dokumentovanje promena u izgrađenom okruženju.

AB  - This paper emphasises the role of people who have been employed at the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia as well as a number of its external associates in the development of spatial planning in Serbia. It highlights the significance of the publishing role of the Institute, which goes hand in hand with its work on scientific research and professional projects, with a special focus on the journal Savremene urbanističke teme (Engl. Contemporary Urban Themes), one of its five serial publications. This journal is significant because it published analytical and study articles, translations, critical reviews, and reviews of important achievements in urban and spatial planning at a time when spatial planning in Serbia was still in its pioneering phase, which resulted in the launch of ambitious projects with a wider social impact. The important contribution of this paper is the bibliography of the journal Savremene urbanističke teme, as well as four accompanying registers that present all of the authors of its texts and all of the published titles.

AB  - The research that has been conducted in four nursing homes of the Belgrade Gerontology Centre (BGC) in order to examine whether those homes have libraries, how they are structured and in what way they meet the demands of the beneficiaries - elderly people, having in mind that the access to libraries is a legally guaranteed right, being an ideal place to acquire knowledge and information, befriending, lifelong learning, and improving the overall quality of life in every possible way is presented here. BGC has four nursing homes such as: Nursing home Bezanijska kosa, Nursing home Vozdovac, Nursing home Karaburma and Nursing home Stacionar. By interviewing the employees in all four nursing homes along with the people in charge of the supply of current publications, we have gathered the necessary data that are published in this paper. The questionnaire about the workflow of the libraries consists of two parts: The questionnaire about the facilities - each for the aforementioned nursing home and the questionnaire about the library (accommodation, equipment, means of supply of the current inventory, the record of usage and procedure for borrowing publications, number of users, work time for each individual facility, etc.) 
It was essential for the research to form a questionnaire, carrying it out and summing up all gathered data into authentic conclusions regarding the subject in focus. The data are the indicator of current conditions, and also suggestions for improvements which were made while conducting the research, which is inspired by the scholarly literature and guidelines of the international library associations.
AB  - У раду је представљено истраживање спроведено у четири дома за стара и одрасла лица Установе Геронтолошки центар Београд (УГЦБ),1 са циљем да се утврди да ли у њима постоје библиотеке, како су организоване и на који начин излазе у сусрет потребама корисника трећег животног доба, а полазећи од законом загарантованих права свих грађана на једнаку доступност библиотекама, као идеалног места за приступ знању и информацијама, дружење, целоживотно учење и унапређење квалитета живота. У оквиру УГЦБ послују четири дома за смештај одраслих и старих лица. То су Дом Бежанијска коса, Дом Вождовац, Дом Карабурма и Дом Стационар. Упитник о раду библиотека у оквиру УГЦБ састоји се из Упитника о установи и Упитника о библиотеци. Добијени подаци су показатељ тренутног стања, а у раду су дати и предлози за могућа унапређења, који су инспирисани стручном литературом и смерницама међународних библиотечких организација.
AB  - U radu je predstavlјeno istraživanje sprovedeno u četiri doma za stara i odrasla lica Ustanove Gerontološki centar Beograd (UGCB),1 sa cilјem da se utvrdi da li u njima postoje biblioteke, kako su organizovane i na koji način izlaze u susret potrebama korisnika trećeg životnog doba, a polazeći od zakonom zagarantovanih prava svih građana na jednaku dostupnost bibliotekama, kao idealnog mesta za pristup znanju i informacijama, druženje, celoživotno učenje i unapređenje kvaliteta života. U okviru UGCB posluju četiri doma za smeštaj odraslih i starih lica. To su Dom Bežanijska kosa, Dom Voždovac, Dom Karaburma i Dom Stacionar. Upitnik o radu biblioteka u okviru UGCB sastoji se iz Upitnika o ustanovi i Upitnika o biblioteci. AB  - The paper presents the research based on an analysis of bibliometric indicators with the aim to indicate the main characteristics and importance of the scientific journal Arhitektura i urbanizam. The paper provides a timeframe for the publication of the journal in the period 1994-2018, as well as a list of editors-in-chief and technical editors. It also points out an increasing visibility of articles available in the electronic databases in a format of a full-text, as well as the significance of electronic publishing. The data on the number of published papers, categorization of papers, number of authors, affiliation of authors, average number of references per paper, keyword frequency, as well as language in which articles were published, were analysed for the period between 2009 (from issue 26) and 2018 (to issue 46), and the obtained results are shown in the accompanying tables and graphs. In the considered period, 250 authors, out of which almost all were from Serbia, published 139 categorized single-authored (49.64%) and co-authored (50.36%) papers. The average number of references per article was 22.27. The analysis of keyword shows that the most frequent themes dealt with in the articles were in the fields of architecture, climate change and sustainable development. The research was carried out through a direct insight in all journal issues, thus achieving the authenticity of the presented data. The obtained results, as well as the categorization of the journal by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, confirm the role and importance the Arhitektura i urbanizam journal has amongst the researchers in the fields it covers, but also point to the need for bilingual publication of articles, thus providing a greater international visibility, enabling the inclusion of reviewers from abroad and attracting a greater number of foreign authors.
AB  - Radom je predstavljeno istraživanje koje se zasniva na analizi bibliometrijskih pokazatelja, a sa ciljem da se ukaže na osnovne karakteristike i značaj naučnog časopisa Arhitektura i urbanizam. Dati su vremenski okvir izlaženja časopisa od 1994. do 2018. god. i prikaz glavnih i tehničkih urednika, a ukazano je i na sve veću vidljivost radova dostupnih u elektronskim bazama u formatu punog teksta, kao i na značaj elektronskog objavljivanja. Zatim su, za vremenski period od 2009. (od broja 26) do 2018. god. (do broja 46) analizirani podaci o broju objavljenih radova, njihovoj kategorizaciji, broju autora, afilijaciji autora, prosečnom broju referenci po radu, o učestalosti pojavljivanja ključnih reči i jeziku na kom su radovi objavljeni, a dobijeni rezultati su izneti u pratećim tabelama i grafikonima. U posmatranom periodu 250 autora, od kojih su gotovo svi iz Srbije, objavilo je 139 kategorizovnih radova, jednoautorskih (49,64%) i koautorskih (50,36%). Prosečan broj navedene literature po radu iznosi 22.27 referenci. Na osnovu analize ključnih reči utvrđeno je da se najčešće zastupljene teme obrađivane u tekstovima odnose na arhitekturu, klimatske promene i održivi razvoj. Istraživanje je sprovedeno neposrednim uvidom u sve brojeve časopisa, čime je obezbeđena verodostojnost navedenih podataka. Dobijeni rezultati, kao i kategorizacija časopisa od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije, potvrđuju ulogu i značaj koji časopis Arhitektura i urbanizam imaju među istraživačima iz naučnih oblasti koje ovaj časopis pokriva, ali i ukazuju na neophodnost dvojezičnog objavljivanja radova koje bi obezbedilo veću međunarodnu vidljivost, omogućilo uključivanje recenzenata iz inostranstva i privuklo veći broj inostranih autora.

AB  - In this paper we present our research on satisfaction of undergraduate and graduate students at the University Library “Svetozar Marković”, regarding the quality of library services using the SERVQUAL model. It is based on the Master’s thesis of one of the authors. The SERVQUAL model is used in libraries worldwide (for example in Finland, USA or Australia). By showing the results of the research, the authors point out the significance of the survey and measurement of library users’ satisfaction using the SERVQUAL model. These results are indicators of points where library services could be improved, such as library holdings, professionalism and level of education of library staff. 
The satisfaction of library users, as a foundation for quality evaluation of libraries, is usually measured by surveys. This paper presents the SERVQUAL model for measuring users’ satisfaction with library services using the gaps model, i.e. measuring the gap between users’ expectations and their perceptions of library services. We suggest that these measurements should be repeated in order to get the results of the efficacy and usefulness of library services. In that case the changes between two or more measurements should be incorporated in the work process of the institution. 
The organizations that provide different public services have become aware of the importance of measuring and evaluating their users’ satisfaction. Seeing that libraries have been focused on library users from their beginnings, it is of vital importance for them to recognize users’ needs and evaluate the quality of library services. Perceiving performance indicators of a library from the point of view of its users can be used as a significant resource for further strategic planning and developing the library as a “learning organization”.
AB  - U ovom radu je prikazano istraživanje o merenju zadovoljstva korisnika (studenata i postdiplomaca) Univerzitetske biblioteke „Svetozar Marković“, na osnovu SERVQUAL upitnika, sa ciljem da se pokaže kakav je kvalitet bibliotečkih servisa iz ugla korisnika Biblioteke. Istraživanje je deo master rada jednog od autora. SERVQUAL model našao je svoju primenu u većem broju istraživanja u bibliotekama u svetu (kao, na primer, Finska, SAD, Australija i dr.). Prikazivanjem rezultata istraživanja autori ukazuju na značaj ispitivanja i merenja zadovoljstva korisnika biblioteke koristeći SERVQUAL model kao pokazatelja mogućih tačaka unapređenja rada biblioteke, kao što su bibliotečki fond, profesionalizam, podizanje nivoa obrazovanja bibliotekara.
 Zadovoljstvo korisnika, kao osnov za kvalitativnu evaluaciju biblioteka, obično se meri putem anketa. U ovom radu je predstavljen SERVQUAL model za merenje zadovoljstva klijenata koji prikazuje kvalitet usluge odnosom (stvaranjem gepa/jaza) između očekivanja i percepcije. Ponavljanjem istraživanja u određenim vremenskim intervalima dobija se slika efikasnosti i efektivnosti promena koje su, između dva istraživanja, ugrađene u proces rada organizacije. 
Organizacije koje se bave uslužnim delatnostima sve više shvataju značaj merenja i vrednovanja zadovoljstva svojih korisnika. Kako su biblioteke od svog nastanka pre svega usmerene ka korisniku, veoma je važno da sagledaju njihove potrebe i procene zadovoljstvo pruženim uslugama. Sagledati kakve su performanse jedne biblioteke iz ugla njenih korisnika predstavlja značajan resurs u daljem strateškom planiranju i stvaranju biblioteke kao „organizacije koja uči“.
AB  - У овом раду је приказано истраживање о мерењу задовољства корисника (студената и постдипломаца) Универзитетске библиотеке „Светозар Марковић“, на основу SERVQUAL упитника, са циљем да се покаже какав је квалитет библиотечких сервиса из угла корисника Библиотеке. Истраживање је део мастер рада једног од аутора. SERVQUAL модел нашао је своју примену у већем броју истраживања у библиотекама у свету (као, на пример, Финска, САД, Аустралија и др.). abstract = "In this paper we present our research on satisfaction of undergraduate and graduate students at the University Library “Svetozar Marković”, regarding the quality of library services using the SERVQUAL model. It is based on the Master’s thesis of one of the authors. The SERVQUAL model is used in libraries worldwide (for example in Finland, USA or Australia). By showing the results of the research, the authors point out the significance of the survey and measurement of library users’ satisfaction using the SERVQUAL model. These results are indicators of points where library services could be improved, such as library holdings, professionalism and level of education of library staff. 
The satisfaction of library users, as a foundation for quality evaluation of libraries, is usually measured by surveys. This paper presents the SERVQUAL model for measuring users’ satisfaction with library services using the gaps model, i.e. measuring the gap between users’ expectations and their perceptions of library services. We suggest that these measurements should be repeated in order to get the results of the efficacy and usefulness of library services. In that case the changes between two or more measurements should be incorporated in the work process of the institution. 
The organizations that provide different public services have become aware of the importance of measuring and evaluating their users’ satisfaction. Seeing that libraries have been focused on library users from their beginnings, it is of vital importance for them to recognize users’ needs and evaluate the quality of library services. Perceiving performance indicators of a library from the point of view of its users can be used as a significant resource for further strategic planning and developing the library as a “learning organization”., U ovom radu je prikazano istraživanje o merenju zadovoljstva korisnika (studenata i postdiplomaca) Univerzitetske biblioteke „Svetozar Marković“, na osnovu SERVQUAL upitnika, sa ciljem da se pokaže kakav je kvalitet bibliotečkih servisa iz ugla korisnika Biblioteke. Istraživanje je deo master rada jednog od autora. SERVQUAL model našao je svoju primenu u većem broju istraživanja u bibliotekama u svetu (kao, na primer, Finska, SAD, Australija i dr.). AB  - „Појмовник просторног планирања“ је резултат идеје да се на једном месту обједине и систематизују термини који се користе у просторном планирању. Поред примарне функције извора информација о садржају појмова који се користе у просторном планирању, „Појмовник просторног планирања“ у великој мери доприноси теоријско-методолошкој бази просторног планирања и појашњењу његове апликативне стране. Посебна његова корист се односи на студенте студијског програма просторно планирање, али је уочљив значај овог Појмовника и за далеко шири круг научника и стручњака који желе да се информишу или подсете на теоријске и стручне појмове, који су због интердисциплинарног карактера просторног планирања, потекли из научних области и дисциплина везаних за: природне системе и ресурсе; становништво и социјални развој; социологију; право; архитектуру и урбанизам; географију; урбани и рурални развој; економију; просторни развој привредних делатности; регионални развој; инфраструктурне системе; екологију; заштиту животне средине, предела, природних и културних добара и др. Ништа мањи није значај и улога коју Појмовник може имати за остале кориснике, нпр. представнике управе или јавних установа; појединце, групе или организације са учешћем или интересом у процесу управљања просторним развојем; приватни сектор; инвеститоре/наручиоце израде планских докумената; као и за шире грађанство, са циљем да им се појмови просторног планирања изложе на јасан и разумљив начин. „Појмовник просторног планирања“ садржи 2020 појмова који нису разврстани тематски већ по азбучном редоследу. Присутни су појмови у оквиру свих слова азбуке. Како су неки појмови морали да остану наведени на изворном латиничном писму, у том случају њихово место у Појмовнику је под аналогним ћириличним почетним словом и у редоследу који прати азбуку. У приређивању овог Појмовника коришћено је укупно 378 референтних извора литературе. Читаоцима је дато јасно упутство о извору/изворима где могу да пронађу наведену дефиницију појма, као и да се тиме заинтересују да прочитају додатну литературу и више сазнају у вези са одређеном темом. Свакако треба истаћи подударност објављивања „Појмовника просторног планирања" са јубилејом којим се 2017. године обележава 40 година откад је основан и у континуитету траје студијски програм Просторно планирање на Географском факултету Универзитета у Београду. На неки начин, Појмовник чини омаж генерацијама професора који су тај курс градили и репер на основу кога се у овом тренутку може сагледати развој просторно планерске мисли у Србији и у свету. Још један искорак, у нади да је то уједно допринос овог дела, јесте промоција мултидисциплинарне сарадње и синергије приступа и знања ауторки које потичу из професија просторног планирања и библиотекарства и информатике.
AB  - The “Spatial Planning Glossary” is a scientific comprehensive review of the terms in Serbian language, which are used in spatial planning. This Glossary is a result of complex and complementary research of the authors who have joined scientific knowledge and professional expertise from the domains of spatial planning, language and informatics. A key motive for publishing the “Spatial Planning Glossary” in the form of a scientific monograph is due to the present lack of unique publications of this kind, which would be comprised of and elaborate terms that are applied in the theory and practice of spatial planning. Such an endeavour is an important milestone for Serbia as well as for international academic and professional circles. It is important to stress that the publication of the first edition of the “Spatial Planning Glossary” coincides with the 40 year jubilee of spatial planners teaching practice in Serbia. The study group of Spatial Planning was initiated in 1977 and since then the students of this group have been continually taught at the Faculty of Geography of the University of Belgrade. The “Spatial Planning Glossary” is certainly essential reading for students of this study group, however the relevance of the Glossary should not be limited to spatial planning students only or to those who are getting acquainted with the professional expertise of spatial planners. The wider scope of scholars, academics and professionals, as well as government representatives, employees in public enterprises, participants in the steering processes of spatial development, representatives of the private sector, investors, civil society, etc. may find this reading useful, especially for learning particular information or a reminder on theoretical and professional terms used in spatial planning. Understanding this, spatial planning is characterised by multi-disciplinary approach, and a large number of terms which are used in its vocabulary derive from the complementary research fields or sciences which are aligned with spatial planning: e.g. urbanism, geography, economics, regional science, sociology, architecture, civil engineering, traffic and infrastructure, industry, tourism, natural and cultural assets protection, ecology, environmental and landscape protection, agriculture, forestry, geodesy, law, management, etc. A great challenge in preparing the “Spatial Planning Glossary” has been the task of having a comprehensive approach, on the one hand, and demarcation of the choice of terms which have been “borrowed” from other scientific disciplines, on the other. Beyond the scope of this Glossary were the names and biographies of significant theorists who influenced spatial planning research and thinking. Also, the Glossary generally didn’t include names of scientific and research disciplines whose knowledge was applied in spatial planning. Exception from this rule is inclusion of terms such as “spatial planning” and “urbanism”. Among the 2,020 terms, which are listed in this edition of the “Spatial Planning Glossary”, most of them represent an integral part of the modern spatial planners’ professional vocabulary. The terms which have influenced spatial planning in the past have not been omitted as they represent its historical background and capture the dominant directions and influences on development of spatial planning’s social practice. The “Spatial Planning Glossary” includes a number of theories and concepts, and likewise selected conventions, charters, protocols, agendas, directives, important documents, initiatives, networks, funds, organisations and programmes of cooperation, especially those which have been related to European countries and are relevant for the spatial planning practice. The Glossary also comprises of elaborated terms, which are transcribed to Serbian from foreign languages, e.g. „џентрификација“, or „гентрификација“, which derive from English word “gentrification”. Also included are foreign acronyms of labels or general terms (e.g. NIMBY), which are the part of spatial planners’ vocabulary. Certain foreign terms are also presented with their full original title (e.g. French term: Acquis communautaire). A general rule was not to translate all the terms of the “Spatial Planning Glossary” in English or any other foreign language. Sometimes, the use of original title in English was inevitable, shown in brackets after the title of the term in Serbian – only because of the clear link between origin and translation in the Serbian language. Terms in the “Spatial Planning Glossary” are listed according to the Serbian Cyrillic alphabet and not according to the specific theme or topic. The nature of this Glossary allows for non-linear reading: reading which can be initiated from any of its parts and which allows the reader to skip and choose parts according to his/her quest on certain issues or in search for the term’s synonyms or antonyms. Definitions of terms derive from some 378 sources. Each term for which the definition is taken from a documented source, has the number in square brackets following the definition of the term. Such number directly links the term to the source in the list of references. The list of used abbreviations in Serbian and foreign languages can be found at the end of the “Spatial Planning Glossary”. Content of the “Spatial Planning Glossary” should not be observed as something fixed or unchangeable, it opens a space for interaction between the readers and authors, who may provide further improvements of the Glossary.
AB  - „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ je rezultat ideje da se na jednom mestu objedine i sistematizuju termini koji se koriste u prostornom planiranju. Pored primarne funkcije izvora informacija o sadržaju pojmova koji se koriste u prostornom planiranju, „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ u velikoj meri doprinosi teorijsko-metodološkoj bazi prostornog planiranja i pojašnjenju njegove aplikativne strane. Posebna njegova korist se odnosi na studente studijskog programa prostorno planiranje, ali je uočlјiv značaj ovog Pojmovnika i za daleko širi krug naučnika i stručnjaka koji žele da se informišu ili podsete na teorijske i stručne pojmove, koji su zbog interdisciplinarnog karaktera prostornog planiranja, potekli iz naučnih oblasti i disciplina vezanih za: prirodne sisteme i resurse; stanovništvo i socijalni razvoj; sociologiju; pravo; arhitekturu i urbanizam; geografiju; urbani i ruralni razvoj; ekonomiju; prostorni razvoj privrednih delatnosti; regionalni razvoj; infrastrukturne sisteme; ekologiju; zaštitu životne sredine, predela, prirodnih i kulturnih dobara i dr. Ništa manji nije značaj i uloga koju Pojmovnik može imati za ostale korisnike, npr. predstavnike uprave ili javnih ustanova; pojedince, grupe ili organizacije sa učešćem ili interesom u procesu upravlјanja prostornim razvojem; privatni sektor; investitore/naručioce izrade planskih dokumenata; kao i za šire građanstvo, sa cilјem da im se pojmovi prostornog planiranja izlože na jasan i razumlјiv način. „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ sadrži 2020 pojmova koji nisu razvrstani tematski već po azbučnom redosledu. Prisutni su pojmovi u okviru svih slova azbuke. Kako su neki pojmovi morali da ostanu navedeni na izvornom latiničnom pismu, u tom slučaju njihovo mesto u Pojmovniku je pod analognim ćiriličnim početnim slovom i u redosledu koji prati azbuku. U priređivanju ovog Pojmovnika korišćeno je ukupno 378 referentnih izvora literature. Čitaocima je dato jasno uputstvo o izvoru/izvorima gde mogu da pronađu navedenu definiciju pojma, kao i da se time zainteresuju da pročitaju dodatnu literaturu i više saznaju u vezi sa određenom temom. Svakako treba istaći podudarnost objavlјivanja „Pojmovnika prostornog planiranja" sa jubilejom kojim se 2017. godine obeležava 40 godina otkad je osnovan i u kontinuitetu traje studijski program Prostorno planiranje na Geografskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Na neki način, Pojmovnik čini omaž generacijama profesora koji su taj kurs gradili i reper na osnovu koga se u ovom trenutku može sagledati razvoj prostorno planerske misli u Srbiji i u svetu. Understanding this, spatial planning is characterised by multi-disciplinary approach, and a large number of terms which are used in its vocabulary derive from the complementary research fields or sciences which are aligned with spatial planning: e.g. urbanism, geography, economics, regional science, sociology, architecture, civil engineering, traffic and infrastructure, industry, tourism, natural and cultural assets protection, ecology, environmental and landscape protection, agriculture, forestry, geodesy, law, management, etc. A great challenge in preparing the “Spatial Planning Glossary” has been the task of having a comprehensive approach, on the one hand, and demarcation of the choice of terms which have been “borrowed” from other scientific disciplines, on the other. Beyond the scope of this Glossary were the names and biographies of significant theorists who influenced spatial planning research and thinking. Also, the Glossary generally didn’t include names of scientific and research disciplines whose knowledge was applied in spatial planning. Exception from this rule is inclusion of terms such as “spatial planning” and “urbanism”. Among the 2,020 terms, which are listed in this edition of the “Spatial Planning Glossary”, most of them represent an integral part of the modern spatial planners’ professional vocabulary. The terms which have influenced spatial planning in the past have not been omitted as they represent its historical background and capture the dominant directions and influences on development of spatial planning’s social practice. The “Spatial Planning Glossary” includes a number of theories and concepts, and likewise selected conventions, charters, protocols, agendas, directives, important documents, initiatives, networks, funds, organisations and programmes of cooperation, especially those which have been related to European countries and are relevant for the spatial planning practice. The Glossary also comprises of elaborated terms, which are transcribed to Serbian from foreign languages, e.g. „џентрификација“, or „гентрификација“, which derive from English word “gentrification”. Also included are foreign acronyms of labels or general terms (e.g. NIMBY), which are the part of spatial planners’ vocabulary. Certain foreign terms are also presented with their full original title (e.g. French term: Acquis communautaire). A general rule was not to translate all the terms of the “Spatial Planning Glossary” in English or any other foreign language. Sometimes, the use of original title in English was inevitable, shown in brackets after the title of the term in Serbian – only because of the clear link between origin and translation in the Serbian language. Terms in the “Spatial Planning Glossary” are listed according to the Serbian Cyrillic alphabet and not according to the specific theme or topic. The nature of this Glossary allows for non-linear reading: reading which can be initiated from any of its parts and which allows the reader to skip and choose parts according to his/her quest on certain issues or in search for the term’s synonyms or antonyms. Definitions of terms derive from some 378 sources. Each term for which the definition is taken from a documented source, has the number in square brackets following the definition of the term. Such number directly links the term to the source in the list of references. The list of used abbreviations in Serbian and foreign languages can be found at the end of the “Spatial Planning Glossary”. Content of the “Spatial Planning Glossary” should not be observed as something fixed or unchangeable, it opens a space for interaction between the readers and authors, who may provide further improvements of the Glossary., „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ je rezultat ideje da se na jednom mestu objedine i sistematizuju termini koji se koriste u prostornom planiranju. Pored primarne funkcije izvora informacija o sadržaju pojmova koji se koriste u prostornom planiranju, „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ u velikoj meri doprinosi teorijsko-metodološkoj bazi prostornog planiranja i pojašnjenju njegove aplikativne strane. Posebna njegova korist se odnosi na studente studijskog programa prostorno planiranje, ali je uočlјiv značaj ovog Pojmovnika i za daleko širi krug naučnika i stručnjaka koji žele da se informišu ili podsete na teorijske i stručne pojmove, koji su zbog interdisciplinarnog karaktera prostornog planiranja, potekli iz naučnih oblasti i disciplina vezanih za: prirodne sisteme i resurse; stanovništvo i socijalni razvoj; sociologiju; pravo; arhitekturu i urbanizam; geografiju; urbani i ruralni razvoj; ekonomiju; prostorni razvoj privrednih delatnosti; regionalni razvoj; infrastrukturne sisteme; ekologiju; zaštitu životne sredine, predela, prirodnih i kulturnih dobara i dr. Ništa manji nije značaj i uloga koju Pojmovnik može imati za ostale korisnike, npr. predstavnike uprave ili javnih ustanova; pojedince, grupe ili organizacije sa učešćem ili interesom u procesu upravlјanja prostornim razvojem; privatni sektor; investitore/naručioce izrade planskih dokumenata; kao i za šire građanstvo, sa cilјem da im se pojmovi prostornog planiranja izlože na jasan i razumlјiv način. „Pojmovnik prostornog planiranja“ sadrži 2020 pojmova koji nisu razvrstani tematski već po azbučnom redosledu. Prisutni su pojmovi u okviru svih slova azbuke. Kako su neki pojmovi morali da ostanu navedeni na izvornom latiničnom pismu, u tom slučaju njihovo mesto u Pojmovniku je pod analognim ćiriličnim početnim slovom i u redosledu koji prati azbuku. U priređivanju ovog Pojmovnika korišćeno je ukupno 378 referentnih izvora literature. Čitaocima je dato jasno uputstvo o izvoru/izvorima gde mogu da pronađu navedenu definiciju pojma, kao i da se time zainteresuju da pročitaju dodatnu literaturu i više saznaju u vezi sa određenom temom. Svakako treba istaći podudarnost objavlјivanja „Pojmovnika prostornog planiranja" sa jubilejom kojim se 2017. godine obeležava 40 godina otkad je osnovan i u kontinuitetu traje studijski program Prostorno planiranje na Geografskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Na neki način, Pojmovnik čini omaž generacijama profesora koji su taj kurs gradili i reper na osnovu koga se u ovom trenutku može sagledati razvoj prostorno planerske misli u Srbiji i u svetu. Još jedan iskorak, u nadi da je to ujedno doprinos ovog dela, jeste promocija multidisciplinarne saradnje i sinergije pristupa i znanja autorki koje potiču iz profesija prostornog planiranja i bibliotekarstva i informatike.",

AB  - ln this pa per we present our research on the satisfaction of the undergraduate and graduate students of the University Library "Svetozar Marković”, regarding the quality of the library services. lt is based on one of the presenter's master's thesis that use SERVQUAL model. SERVQUAL model is used in the libraries worldwide such as those in Finland, USA or Australia. The authors will point out the significance of the SERVQUAL model and its use over a different period of time because of its ability to measure the satisfaction of the users of the library. The user's contentment can indicate effectively how to improve the organizational structure of the library e.g. the quality of library collection, professionalism, and level of education of the library staff. The contentment of the users of library services, as the foundation of the evaluation of the library's quality, is usually measured by opinion poll. When we give the SERVQUAL questionnaire to the users their answers create the gap between their expectation and perception about the library service. We suggest  the measurement in order to get the results of the efficacy and usefulness of the library service. In that case the changes between two or more measurements should be inbuilt in the very structure of the library organization.

The organizations that provide different public services have become more aware of the consequence of the evaluation of the satisfaction of their clients. It is of vital importance for a library to recognize and understand the needs of its users and henceforth fulfill their expectations regarding library services, just because the library, as an institution, has its very existence in serving its users. Finally, the library may look like "learning organization”.
AB  - U ovom radu je prikazano istraživanje o merenju zadovoljstva studenata i postdiplomaca Univerzitetske biblioteke „Svetozar Marković”; na osnovu SERVQUAL upitnika, sa ciljem da se pokaže kakav je kvalitet bibliotečkih servisa iz ugla korisnika Biblioteke. Istraživanje je deo master rada jednog od autora. SERVQUAL model je našao svoju primenu u većem broju istraživanja u bibliotekama u svetu (kao na primer Finska, SAD, Australija i dr.). Prikazivanjem rezultata istraživanja autori ukazuju na značaj ispitivanja i merenja zadovoljstva korisnika biblioteke, koristeći SERVQUAL model, kao pokazatelja mogućih tačaka unapređenja rada biblioteke, kao što su bibliotečki fond, profesionalizam, kao i podizanje nivoa obrazovanju bibliotekara.
Zadovoljstvo korisnika biblioteke, kao osnov za kvalitativnu evaluaciju biblioteka, se obično meri putem anketa. U ovom radu je predstavljen SERVQUAL model za merenje zadovoljstva klijenata, koji prikazuje kvalitet usluge odnosom (stvaranjem gepa/jaza) između očekivanja i percepcije. Ponavljanjem istraživanja u određenim vremenskim intervalima dobija se slika efikasnosti i efektivnosti promena koje su, između dva istraživanja, ugrađene u proces rada organizacije.
Organizacije koje se bave uslužnim delatnostima sve više shvataju značaj merenja i vrednovanja zadovoljstva svojih korisnika. Kako su biblioteke od svog nastanka pre svega usmerene ka korisniku, veoma je važno da sagledaju njihove potrebe i procene zadovoljstvo pruženim uslugama. Sagledati kakve su performanse jedne biblioteke iz ugla njenih korisnika, predstavlja značajan resurs u daljem strateškom planiranju i stvaranju biblioteke kao„organizacije koja uči".

AB  - The paper gives the bibliometric and citation analyses of the SPATIUM journal for the period 2009-2015. In the subject period, Spatium was published twice or three times a year, from the issues 19-34, so that this study comprises 16 volumes, or 145 papers. The bibliometric analysis of the Journal was made de visu (with the publication in hand), thus ensuring the authenticity of the given results. The analysis shows the number of papers, categorization of papers, number of authors, affiliation of authors, representation of authors from different countries, average number of references per paper, length of texts, keyword frequency, total number of reviewers and their international representation. The citation count was based on the data taken from the citation databases of SCIndex (Serbian Citation Index), Google scholar and Scopus. The paper shows the differences in the citation analysis of the SPATIUM journal at the example of one paper.

U zadatom periodu Spatium je izlazio dva ili tri puta godišnje, od broja 19 do broja 34 tako da je ovom studijom obuhvaćeno 16 svezaka, odnosno 145 radova. Bibliometrijska analiza časopisa rađena je de visu (sa publikacijom u ruci), čime je obezbeđena autentičnost navedenih podataka. Analizom je prikazan broj radova, kategorizacija radova, broj autora, afilijacija autora, zastupljenost autora iz različitih država, prosečan broj referenci po radu, dužina tekstova, učestalost ključnih reči, ukupan broj recenzenata i njihova međunarodna zastupljenost. Citiranost časopisa urađena je na osnovu podataka preuzetih iz pretraživača i citatnih baza Scindeks, Google scholar i Scopus. U radu su predstavljene razlike u analizi citiranosti naučnog časopisa SPATIUM na primeru jednog rada.

AB  - Od samog osnivanja Instituta za arhitekturu i urbanizam Srbije kao samostalne naučno-istraživačke organizacije, započet je rad na većem broju istraživanja. Na osnovu uvida u arhivsku građu i pregledanu dokumentaciju Instituta, radom će biti predstavljeno prvih sedam naučno-istraživačkih radova (NIR), obrađenih u periodu od 1963. do 1968. godine. Za svaki od opisanih NIR projekata biće dati najosnovniji podaci (naziv teme, imena autora projekta i njihovih saradnika, naručioca projekta, vremenski period tokom kog je trajalo istraživanje), naslovi radova objavljenih u časopisima, naslovi monografija sa rezultatima proisteklim iz navedenih naučnih projekata i popis svih brojeva kutija u kojima se postojeća dokumentacija, za konkretan projekat, nalazi.
