Јубилеј 65 година Института за архитектуру и урбанизам Србије 1954-2019

Abstract

Поводом шездесет пет година постојања и рада Института за архитектуру и урбанизам Србије урађена је пригодна монографија. Наведена монографија, која је пред вама, представља сажет приказ онога што је Институт остварио у протеклом времену, где је обухваћен само део опуса, који претежно хронолошки илуструје развој од његовог оснивања до данас. Свакако, у питању је ретроспекција која се односи на минули рад у Институту, са значајним подсећањем на референце и компетенције његових истраживача, односно запослених и на то како је Институт померао границе у погледу архитектонско-урбанистичке и просторно планерске теорије и праксе, што је битно допринело афирмацији ових делатности. Монографија сведочи о дугогодишњим залагањима запослених у Институту за развој науке и струке и неговање креативности, интелектуалног дискурса, покретачке иницијативе, све под окриљем ауторитета знања и стручности.

The monograph before you celebrates sixty-five years of the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia. It is a fitting way to mark the occasion and it offers a concise account of what the institute has accomplished over the past years. Including only a part of its opus, the monograph chronologically illustrates the institute’s development, from its establishment until today. Certainly, this is a retrospective relating to past work at the institute, with a significant reminder of the references and competencies of its researchers, that is, its employees, and how the institute has moved the boundaries of architectural, urban and spatial planning theory and practice, thus making an important contribution to the promotion of these activities. The monograph testifies to the extensive efforts of the institute’s employees in the development of science and their profession, as well as in the fostering of creativity, intellectual discourse, and driving initiatives, all under the auspices of the authority of knowledge and professional expertise.
