Изградња постојећих градова: критика једне праксе

Abstract

Досадашња пракса изградње градова била је неефикасна и, у добром делу, проблематична. Они који одлучују нису схватили институцију урганистичког планирања. О изградњи града у обликовном смислу ретко се ко брине. Ипак, има и успелих покушаја који су приказани. Критика обухвата последице примене круте шеме „Атинске повеље“. Страна искуства су демонстрирана кроз достигнућа немачке и чешке школе. У Закључку се истиче да се не могу раздвојити интенције од достигнућа. Данас су градови постали поприште борбе између пропонената идеје о граду као „великој шанси“, и, оних који се држе проспекта „визије града базиране више на грађанској филозофији“

The previous practice of building cities was inefficient and, in good part, problematic. The decision makers have not understood the urban planning issue. The development of the city in terms of design, is rarely in focus. However, there are some successful attempts that are displayed. Criticism includes the negative consequences of applying the “Athens Charter” rigid scheme. Foreign experiences are demonstrated through the achievement of German and Czech schools. We conclude that the intentions and achievements can not be separated. Today, the cities have become the scene of the battle between the proponents of the idea of the city as a “great opportunity”, and those who stick to the prospectus of “the vision of the city based more on civil philosophy.”
