dc.description.abstract | U radu je dat prikaz razvijenih metodologija u oblasti procene sigurnosti obrazovnih ustanova u odnosu na rizike od požara kao deo evaluacije otpornosti gradova. Ovaj tip rizika je najprisutniji u obrazovnim ustanovama u Srbiji i za njegovo istraživanje postoji adekvatna prateća dokumentacija. Zbog toga je u radu izvršena komparacija rezultata primenjene metodologije na odabranom primeru (objekat Tehničkih fakulteta u Beogradu) i date su preporuke za inkorporiranje drugih kriterijuma (nestrukturne bezednosti, urbanističkih i arhitektonskih rešenja) u evaluaciju protivpožarnih rizika. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The paper presents the methodologies developed in the field of safety of educational institutions concerning the risks of fire resistance evaluation as part of the resilience of cities. This type of risk is most often in educational institutions in Serbia and for this research there is an adequate supporting documentation. Therefore this paper represents the comparison of results of the applied methodology on the selected example (building of the Technical Faculties in Belgrade) and it gives the recommendations for incorporating other criteria (nonstructural safety, urban and architectural solutions) in the evaluation of fire risks. | sr |
