Environment in the planning of industrial development
Životna sredina u planiranju razvoja industrije
Abstract
In the paper environmental problems are discussed in the proces of industrial planning. New developments trends, like third technological revolution, market economy and sustainable development, have changed the approach to location and environmental aspects of the industrial projects at the strategic and operational levels, special in the Feasibility Studies (FA), Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA), Cleaner Production Assessment (CPA) and location analysis (LA).The 'parallelism' and disagreement between these documents, as well as the absence of the links between them is obvious cause of the difficulties in the decision - making. As a conclusion, there are needs to incorporate a new developmental trends, methodological transformations in the approach, contents and procedures of the industrial planning.
