Urban Project for the Construction of Ancillary Technical Facilities in the Function of the Main Power Facilities of the Thermal Power Plant “Kostolac A”, in the Urban Municipality of Kostolac

Abstract

This urban project is developed for the complex of the thermal power plant "Kostolac A" (~18.5 ha). Conditions and capacities are defined for the construction of ancillary technical facilities for the: flue gas desulphurisation (FGD); nitrogen oxide emission reduction system (SNCR - Selective non-catalytic reduction); as well as wastewater treatment. With the construction of FGD and SNCR facilities, the annual SO2 emission is reduced from about 35,000 t to only about 2,170 t, and NOx emission values fall below the set value of 170 mg/Nm3, thus fulfilling part of the obligations to comply with EU directives on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants.

Овим урбанистичким пројектом обухваћен је комплекс термоелектране „Костолац А“ (~18,5 ha). Дефинисани су услови и капацитети за изградњу пратећих техничких објеката у којима се врши процес одсумпоравања димних гасова (ОДГ), затим пратећег техничког објекта постројења из система за смањење емисије азотних оксида (SNCR), као и пратећег техничког објекта постројења за пречишћавање отпадних вода (ППОВ). Изградњом постројења ОДГ и SNCR годишња емисија SO2 смањује са око 35.000 t на свега око 2.170 t, а вредности емисије NOx спуштају се испод задате вредности од 170 mg/Nm3, чиме се испуњава део обавеза усаглашавања са захтевима директива ЕУ о смањењу емисија одређених загађивача из великих ложишта у ваздух.
