Urban project for the reconstruction of the embankment of the Kolubara and Tamnava rivers and the bridge on the road Belgrade - Obrenovac, in the city municipality of Obrenovac and the municipality of Ub

Abstract

The urban project defines the planning basis for determining the public interest, new parcels and issuing location conditions for the reconstruction in terms of the protection of Obrenovac from the high waters of Kolubara and Tamnava. The high water regime of the Kolubara River is naturally unfavorable, and the frequency and magnitude of flood damage in the Kolubara River Basin (the particular size and destructive energy of the flood wave from May 2014) indicate a necessary measures for protection of high water levels. The urban project determines the regulation and defines new parcels in the public use area - part of the water areas, including the rules of construction, i.e. reconstruction for the water area.

Урбанистички пројекат дефинише плански основ за утврђивање јавног интереса, парцелацију и издавање локацијских услова за реконструкцију објеката за потребе заштите Обреновца од великих вода Колубаре и Тамнаве. Режим великих вода реке Колубаре природно је неповољан, а учесталост и величина штета од поплава у сливу реке Колубаре (посебно величина и разорна енергија поплавног таласа из маја 2014. године) указују да је неопходно унапредити заштиту од великих вода. Урбанистичким пројектом утврђује се регулација и даје предлог парцелације површина јавне намене – дела водног земљишта, као и правила градње, односно реконструкције за водно земљиште у обухвату пројекта.
