Tourist complex – hotel and apartments on Danube, Detailed urban plan with a conceptual architectural design

Abstract

Detailed urban plan was developed for realization of touristic complex consisting of a 4-star hotel and luxury apartments with river marina on Danube's shore next to the Silver Lake. Complexity, shape, attractivity and visual perception of the location on the peak surrounded by the river, led to the proposed solution. Simultaneously with a planning process and urban design an architectural design was conceptualized in order to perceive all possibilities of spatial organization.
