Praise to the real Serbian scientific and technical intelligentsia

Abstract

In the first part of the text the author communicates the thesis concerning the necessity of a permanent care of the state and society for the development of the national intelligentsia, as, in his opinion, this idea still eumente. In the second part of the text the author quotes many but less known, great contributions of the Serbs to the world science and techniques. In the third part of the text the author deals with the status of the scientific and technical intelligentisa in the second Yugoslavia, and opens the problem of the permanent war of the political party with the, so called, technocracy. The author argues with the general points of these critics of the techniques, emphasizing that they have upheld the SIZ (selfmanaging interest community), as an obvious example of the technocratical organization of the society and interests in it. In the fourth chapter author emphasizes that the scientific and technical intelligentsia, in spite of the permanent challenge and obstruction, has still achieved great results. In the fifth and sixth chapter the author briefly exposes his ideas on necessary and expected development of the scientific and technical intelligentsia in the third Yugoslavia.

U prvom delu teksta autor iznosi tezu o potrebi stalne brige države i društva o razvoju nacionalne inteligencije jer nalazi da ta ideja nije potrošena. U drugom delu teksta autor navodi niz manje poznatih a velikih doprinosa Srba svetskoj nauci i tehnici. U trećem delu teksta autor se bavi statusom naučne i tehničke inteligencije u drugoj Jugoslaviji i otvara problem stalnog rata partijske države sa takozvanom tehnokratijom. Autor polemiše sa opštim stavovima [tih] kritičara tehnike ističući da su upravo baš oni afirmisali SIZ-ove kao eklatantan primer tehnokratske organizacije društva i interesa u njemu. U četvrtom poglavlju autor ističe da je naučna i tehnička inteligencija uprkos stalnog osporavanja i opstrukcije ipak postizala velike rezultate. U petom i šestom poglavlju autor ukratko izlaže svoje ideje o potrebnom i očekivanom razvoju naučne i tehničke inteligencije u trećoj Jugoslaviji.
